A lap at Pescara

We start our lap at the main straight where the start/finish line was painted again (revival?)!

After 1,3 km (0.8 mile) we see the first corner.

After the first corner a short straight with at the end a railroad bridge.

Immediately after the railroad bridge we go left.

Shall we pass left or right? The huge building on the left side is the Pescara Railway Station.

We turn right to Villa Raspa.

After 1,6 km (1 mile) almost straight we turn right at Villa Raspa into the direction of Spoltore.

Just a few buildings and than we go into the hills ...

At this glowing part of the track are a lot of sweeping kinks. In front a bridge over the SS16 motorway.

After a series of fast kinks we're reaching a beautiful complex of medium fast left and right hand corners ...

A few kilometres further we're reaching the town Spoltore, with his 185 metres above sea level the highest point of the track!

In front of the church we turn right.

And here we leave Spoltore.

Again fast sweeping corners. The straight in front goes exactly over a tunnel from the
Autostrada A14.

Here starts the most beautiful part of the circuit with lots of elevations!

This picture has been taken from opposite direction and gives a good idea of the elevations at this part of the track!

At the end the hairpin is waiting ...

Just before the hairpin a monument remembers to the good old times!

The picture above shows the turn after the hairpin from opposite direction and has been taken from a jump where the cars should have airborne!

This picture has been taken from the same spot as the previous one, but now into the driving direction.

And here we're arrived into the nice Italian village Cappelle! The picture above has been taken from a higher parking and looks against the driving direction.

The picture above shows the beautiful main street from opposite direction.

The first one of two hairpins.

Here we're leaving Cappelle, in front of us a series of very fast kinks ...

Here the last one from a series of very fast kinks leading to the 6 km (4 mile) long straight. Unfortunately there's a roundabout after this corner now!

And here we cross the A14 Motorway again.

On this straight was the so called "Flying Kilometre"!

After the 4 mile straight we have to brake very hard at Montesilvano ...

And than accelerate again at the next long straight!

After a 4 km (2.5 mile) straight, we have to brake for a sort of chicane between the house blocks to reduce the speed at start/finish!

And than we're back at the point we started!
